Life after Marriage .............and the Kids!

I saw this story on LIB and i didn't read it then, but wen i did, i had to share it here. Happy reading!!

My name is Dayo. I’m a typical Nigerian guy and I cherish my Fridays a lot; I get to hang out with the sickest guys every Friday night and secondly, It’s another escape from my nagging and boring wife. I get confused sometimes on whether she’s my mother or my wife. Don’t get it twisted; I love her pieces. It just gets complicated; like I wish we never got married…marriage has turned her into something that doesn’t amuse me. I wish she was still the adventurous, charming, high spirited lady I dated for five years.

A lot of people say its unethical for married guys to be found in a club, but I wish everyone won’t be too quick to judge and understand that people look for fun to run away from their problems; they just want to breathe, like me.

As a daughter of the most high God, good and positive things have no choice than to always happen in my life. Nonetheless, its been a lil bit tight for me here. And i hope that in a week or two, i should be constantly blogging - if God permits Though.

So, let me give you a lilttle run down on what my life has been like for the last 2 months. *where do i start from?*

What a price to pay....

This is by far  the saddest day of my life. i am so sad and beaten....and still, i wasn't directly affected. i wonder what i will be doing now if i was affected in anyway.

Fortunately, all the people i know who where meant to be on board the ill fated Dana plane missed their flight deliberately or otherwise. this is a nation where things, lots of things are taken for granted, a nation where our priorities are not set right. it is so easy to blame the Nigerian government, Dana management (of which the total blame is on by the way) and our rescue team who i believe got to the scene about 40 mins after the plane landed. i ask myself "What if?" but that will not change what has happened or will it?
Do you know how many lives have been altered???? How aware are we as Nigerians that over 100 families have lost a dear one? It could have been anybody you know.... this wasn't a planned death, but it was a "death" waiting to happen. The ill fated plane was manufactured in 1984.  that is a 27 years old plane.....

WELCOME HOME KOSI!

Kosisochukwu Akoli was found late last night in Warri. She was kidnapped in Enugu some weeks back and everyone who knew about it was either praying or putting up her picture everywhere. It is a relieve to know that people can be tracked via mobile devices in Nigeria. Fortunately all the people involved in this kidnapping have been arrested. the great news is, Kosi was found in a cosy house, with a room all to herself, chilling, eating and living good. She wasnt harmed. This is an act of God cos i know that he kept watching over her. the kidnappers who initially asked for N30 million  from Kosi's dad because them think say the guy dey pluck money from tree can now enjoy in their new house....JAIL......By the way the stupid kidnappers also stole Kosi's mum's blackberry phone and kept using it to communicate with her parents, even bought a new sim and inserted into the phone. Cheap Kidnappers!!!! Onye Oshi!!!  I hope all other future kidnappers learn from this.
the Beautiful girl and her Hero dad are both on their way back home.
